4.3. Proof of Defect: Any claim for a defective item must be substantiated with an unedited unboxing video and clear photographic evidence, as detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Ownership: The brand name Bostrokon, the logo (including the draped figure and Bengali script), all website content, images, designs, creative motifs, and proprietary patterns (e.g., those inspired by Jamdani, Kantha, and Alpana) displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Bostrokon and its affiliates.
