At Bostrokon, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. Our return and refund policy ensures a seamless experience for both sellers and their customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items:
If the product received is misprinted, defective, or damaged, sellers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To process such claims, an unboxing video and images of the defective item along with the original packaging are mandatory.
Upon verification, Bostrokon will reship a replacement at no additional cost.
If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product due to personal preferences (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), Bostrokon does not provide refunds or exchanges.
Return Process
Reverse Pickup (For Eligible Returns):
A reverse pickup can be arranged within 5 days of delivery.
The reverse shipping cost is equal to the forward shipping cost.
For example, if an order contains 5 products, the return shipping charge will apply to all 5 products, though sellers may return only the defective items if needed.
Refunds Policy
Refunds are not provided for print-on-demand products unless the product is defective or misprinted.
If a refund is approved due to product damage or printing error, the refund will be processed and credited via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Bostrokon’s error.
Important Notes:
Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
Refunds are not applicable for incorrect customer information leading to order failure.
If a dispute arises, Bostrokon reserves the right to assess the situation and make the final decision.
